Driven Properties is an investment property company involved in the asset and property management of private office, retail and industrial property portfolios in South Africa and the United Kingdom.
Operating in Durban Kwa-Zulu Natal, Driven Properties manages 82 properties with a GLA of over 85,000 sqm located throughout South Africa and the United Kingdom. The core operations involve leasing, property maintenance, financial administration, accounts management, marketing, rental collection, utilities and project management for private clients.
We offer a  property management professional service for your property portfolio or body corporate. Each client’s service is tailored to suit their requirements and budget. 
We strive to make strategic investments which improve the overall quality of the portfolio and ensure long-term capital appreciation.
